Tomorrow I'm going to see AC/DC suported by The Answer. Should be a stonking gig. Looking forward to it a lot.
Also pleased that Faith No More are now playing Reading Festival. I was considering going to Download for the day to see them but now I don't need to coz I'm already going to Reading!

In case you've had your head up your arse for the past year, Captain Horizon is Alex and Josh's band. They also happen to be my housemates and best friends so that makes them the best band in the world.



Anyway, they also auditioned for Glastonbudget on Sunday. It was a pretty fun gig and at the end of their set the organiser said they were exactly what they were looking for and basically said 'sorry all other bands that bothered turning up today, but these guys are in.' (OK not in those words, but seriously, he was happy and the others bands were shitting themselves having to go on after that!)

They've loads of gigs coming up so I strongly suggest you check out if they're playing anywhere near you and then pop along! It's fun. I promise. Check 'em on Last.fm if you don't believe me. *convincing nod and charming wink*
